Horsey is a product brand owned and operated by Abound Digital Studio. All services provided through horseyai.io, including the Horsey AI assistant, are operated by Abound Digital Studio.

Horsey is built to help businesses streamline marketing, sales, customer engagement, CRM workflows, and AI-powered communication. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our services.

Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, misuse automation tools, upload harmful content, distribute malicious software, or engage in activities that could disrupt service availability for other users. Any such misuse may result in account suspension, access restriction, or permanent termination without prior notice.

All content, branding, software logic, workflows, and system features made available through Horsey remain the intellectual property of Abound Digital Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

Subscriptions and Billing Horsey may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features and services.Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The user's account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings. Subscription pricing and available plans are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region. Refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.
